01 Buying & terms
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Tux Electro is a pure wholesaler. We supply only businesses with a VAT number or proof of business.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item – usually from one outer carton. With mixed pallets you can also order smaller quantities per item.
Why is there no public price list?
Electronics prices change daily depending on availability, exchange rates and season. That is why you receive daily prices with every offer.
How can I pay?
New customers pay in advance (bank transfer). For regular customers other terms are possible by agreement.
How quickly do I get an offer?
Usually within one working day. Sourcing enquiries for rare models may take a little longer – we always get back to you.
02 Goods & specification
Are the goods genuine and new?
Yes. The standard is sealed new goods in original packaging from traceable sources. Opened or refurbished goods are supplied only on request and clearly labelled.
What do EU goods and import goods mean?
The same model can have different chargers, packaging languages or warranty terms depending on its market of origin. We state the version in every offer.
Do I get serial numbers?
Yes. We record serial or IMEI numbers and send them as a list with the invoice.
Is there a warranty?
The statutory warranty applies; manufacturer warranties under the manufacturer's terms. Details are in the offer.
03 Delivery & tax
Do you deliver across the EU?
Yes, by parcel, pallet or part load. Indicative lead times are on the Logistics page.
How does reverse charge work?
For deliveries to businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number we invoice without Austrian VAT; the recipient accounts for the tax. We check the VAT number via VIES.
Can I collect the goods in Vienna?
Yes, by appointment. The goods will be ready with all documents.
Why is there no phone number?
We work in writing: models, quantities and prices can be recorded clearly by e-mail – no misunderstandings over the phone.
